The information on this site seems out dated and I find some of the instructions a little vague and confusing.

I am currently here on a single entry tourist visa. I will be getting the 1 month extension in about 2 months (I know how to do that).

How do I get another tourist visa once this one is done? What are the requirements now?

- Do I need to fly? Can I just cross Friendship Bridge in Nong Khai?

- Do I need a round trip ticket out of Thailand?

- Do I have to show a bank balance?

- What's the cheapest way I can do this?

Visit the Thai Consul in Vientienne and apply for a double entry Tourist Visa. Free of charge.

You will need a Visa to enter Laos. Around 1,500 Baht.
