I think it is the one called Hexagon right on the circle, left side if coming from Wat Chalong way. There is a little parking there. I cannot guarantee 100% it is Russian but no harm to check it out.

There's one in Rawai almost directly across from the seashell museum in one of the newer shophouse developments. Rus home or rus house, something like that.

Just wonder why you need a Russian agent (sounds like your English is ok to deal with English-speakers)... Are they more honest?

Russians are still in the market to buy whereas most of the other nationalities are not.

Railand, there used to be a small office on the hill nearby safari. The main office is in Bang tao I think. The Russian girl who worked there year before last was possibly the best looking girl in the world!!
