Internship In Thailand?

I'm a 24y old male Real Estate student from Belgium, with a Bachelor degree in International Business.

For my internship I'd love to work in Thailand for 4 months. Although it doesn't seem easy to find a decent company. I've been looking for random companies that have anything to do with real estate, primarily Belgian or Dutch ones that have an establishment over there.

So far without succes, either they don't answer or they are just one-man businesses that cannot offer me a decent internship.

Also, one guy told me that it's very difficult to get an internship in Thailand because you are obliged to get a work permit, and that most companies "do not have enough capital" to do the effort to get you one?
