error 678 , it happend to me sometime, need to call em only .. kinda stuck by their server connection system

Had to call them today in fact.

I could not log in; kept telling me that my username or PW was invalid.

They actually had to change my PW to get me on the air again.

Another number is; 029009898

Needed to hit 9 for English, then 8, then 4 to get to an agent.

When you have problems, first try to unplug your modem then plug back in and then restart. works for me sometimes.
