looking for a general idea cost wise to print a 200 page color book here in Thailand.

ballpark figure on costs and minimum amount required.

also leads to where to have it done

Min print run of 3000 for hardcover, not sure with paperback.

For hardcover expect somewhere in the 120 baht per unit range,

paperback around 100 baht
