I do know that its not necessary to log out /in to forums when you go to the forum . You can just not log out and go back to the forum later and not log in. So there is no record of you logging out , it shows you being logged into the forum all the time. You only get logged out when you run CCleaner to clean your computer . CCleaner logs you out of ALL sites when you run it . His computer logged him out when he ran CCleaner a few month after leaving the site . His last date shown online was the day he ran CCleaner and NOT when he personally logged out . You wrongly accused him of lying -

Visa renewal Visa extension of stay whatever if you don't have the paperwork your visas canceled so it doesn't matter if it's a Visa extension or extension of stay if you don't have the paperwork your Visa is canceled. I don't even have a visa in my passport it just stamped with extensions. -

Tax on sale if condo & deductions
Isn't it CGT when you sell a property? Then you can make deductions for purchase price and costs, and other outgoings. In the UK, no CGT if it's your sole residence. Talk to a lawyer, as you'll probably need one in any case. In the Philippines they call it CGT but it's a sales tax, and you pay the tax on the sale price, pure and simple. Thoroughly misleading.
