Does anyone have any experience with this place, lived there or know anyone who has?

We are looking to move and looked at this place today. Really nice houses with decent gardens and private pools.

It seems that the whole village is private owned (1 owner) and only offered to rent. The prices seem to be reasonable but I cannot find anything about it on tinternet which is odd.

Anybody could add anything positive or negative would be appreciated.
