My sister works for IBM and, in my travels, I've sent her half a dozen mouse pads themed for the area I was in. She told me a month or so ago that the last one I'd sent her was getting shabby and she'd like one that said Thailand. I have looked all over Chiang Mai and can't find anything that would suit. It surprised me., I would have thought they would be all over the place. Her birthday is coming up and I'd really like to send her one. Does anyone know a place in Chiang Mai or mail order that has such a thing? (Please, all you lovely people in Bangkok - I'm not gonna travel for 12 hours to buy a B200 mouse pad. So please don't tell me about the lovely little shop on Sukumvit that has an amazing selection of souvenir Thailand mouse pads.) Thank you.

Buy a clear one and have a sign shop do a semi-pro job of 'CHIANG MAI' on there for you.

You can order one from Bangkok or you might even be able to have them forward it internationally to your sister

I suggest go to the printshop at a shoppingmall, 3rd floor at Robinson for example from the TT&T office few shops to the west, bring your picture on a USB stick and they can print it out on everything varying from mousepads to cups and caps.
