Testing Out For Thai Education Certificate

Featured Replies

I saw Boon Mee mentioned something about the testing at Pratom 1,2 level in the other thread. I once met an American missonary lady who had been here 10+ years and was fluent in Thai who said she had tested out for her Pratom 6 certificate.

Eventually, I hope to get my Thai permanant residency/dual citizen rights. Ultimately, I would like to get Thai education certificate/credential(s). I think I'd be ready for early Pratom levels at the least, with some reinforcement in my spelling/writing of course.

What is the process of testing? Is there a test for each Pratom level? How do you go about this sort of testing? Need I contact the Ministry of Education directly or just any Primary school?

Any chaps with the experience and/or knowledge, please comment.

Thanks in advance.
