We are planning to build a house on a plot of land just south of Nong Hoi (no flooding) south of the 4-way intersection. Just wondering if anyone is interested in a build of their own. We can work together and help each other with locating craftsman, materials and laborers. We have built 2 houses already in the last 6 yrs and pretty much know what we're doing.
