I am looking for a motivated go getter, with at least two languages, under 30 years of age, computer knowledge, sales background and who knows Phuket well.

A real estate background in Phuket will be considered favorable.

A professional qualification of prospects approach.

Make sure more than cursory listing information is available on request.

Respond to all enquiries professionaly pre qual.

Be prepared to invest a phone call to the prospect....a Skype call is nothing.

Ensure if you list a Business you have comprehensive info available.

If property form alliances with Finance houses to ensure funding can be put in place.

Try and represent the Buyer Not the Vendor.
