I spent quite a bit of time there and I was surprised at there pie selections, chilly cheese, steak and cheese, Full English breakfast pies, the list goes on.. At first I thought chilly and cheese, weird. But now I'd say Chilly and Cheese. Tasty. Ask an Ozzy, they'd know more than me.

ChangMaiSausage
Some of my favorites: Steak and Stilton pie, careful how much stilton you add as it can be over powering. Steak and ale (dark beer Lao) with mushrooms. Chicken and mushroom... Edited October 28, 2010 by ChangMaiSausage

I am willing to pay extra for quality cheese, but bad cheese ruins the entire pie

basinboy
I've lived in Australia for 30 years, but never come accross a Full English Breakfast Pie. SK you may get some ideas from this link to a specialist Pie Shop/Cafe just 15 minutes from our place in Melbourne, hope the link isn't breaking any rules. If it is removed PM me and I'll get it to you. Looking forward to sampling your wares when we get back to town at Xmas Day. Pie in the Sky

harrry
What about a real bacon and egg pie with the egg whole not mixed up like those quiche eters have and with suet pastry so it can be eaten cold.
NancyL
I guess I'm just too much an American, but somehow the idea of a pie with meal just seems wrong. OK, maybe a chicken pot pie, but otherwise pies are suppose to be made with fruit and served as dessert. So how about a nice apple pie and a blueberry pie, made with real Michigan apples and blueberries? I used to buy blueberries fresh during the short Michigan season and fill an entire freezer with them. Yum! We enjoyed blueberry pancakes year 'round, but not blueberry pie because I never quite figured out how to make 'em.
steve187
Hows this for a pie Top Tier: 1lb Pork Pie 4" Diameter Next Tier: 3lb Pie 7" Diameter Next Tier: 4.5lb Pie 8.5" Diameter Bottom Tier: 6lb Pie 9" Diameter This will feed approximately 75 people. Each Tier can be made with one or a combination of the following fillings: * Traditional Pork Pie * Chicken & Ham with Orange Stuffing * Ploughmans (Pork with cheese & pickle mixed in) * Assorted Game The Pies will be provided with the boards and stands to display but not the decoration (to allow you to tailor to your individual colour scheme). SausageKing
I Like to ask what people want to eat rather then guess and then i make it and try it. We like home cooking style and quality with a personal touch. The pot beef and chicken pie we made today for the first time sold out and we will be making more tomorrow. We have Bramley apple from and blueberry pie. apples import from NZ but not on our menu yet and you right yum yum How about making your Bramley apples available to buy fresh, Rob ? I don't think there'd be any shortage of takers. They are not available in Chiang Mai and lots of English have been suffering for years pining for the best cooking apple in the world.Your real apple pies are delicious.
