I'd recommend the AUA - their office is in the shopping center opposite Best Supermarket Pattaya North Road.

For one on one lessons....Crystal School Soi 7 off Jomtien Beach and for group classes or one on one the Jomtien Language School which is directly opposite the new Bank of Ayudha just up from the Police Box at the start of Dongtan Beach Jomtien. They are offering specials on their rates just now.

I have used them both for learning Thai and I know many thais who have good english speaking skills after attending these Skoons...I mean Schools...
