My suggestion is with the information provided you might try Google maps especially since I don't know your departing location...

November 9, 201015 yr Upper Suk (above 81 --- almost across from Suk 62) should also be able to do it. Check first but that is where I changed registrations on both a car and a bike a few years ago.
