sort of opposite the entrance to the big enclosed concrete structure that never took off as a market ... just look for the yellow bank!

Is it open yet, Last night as I drove past it looked like they were still stacking/stocking shelves.

woops my bad, Im talking about the one in Khao Noi.

There's also a Tops Supermarket soon to be opening on Soi Khaw Noi next to the Bangkok Bank branch. I drove by there yesterday and the lights were on and it appeared that the shelves were being stocked. Does anyone know the day of the official opening?

I will still go to Foodland, Friendship, Carrefour and Villa. There's nothing at the mini-Tops that interests me, and I can't see it being any better than the lousy Tesco Express near Nernpleurbwaan, and it will certainly be more expensive.

Of all the supermarket chains that could have opened up this side of the Sukhumvit I think Tops would be Bottom of my list of choices. I'll still be crossing the road!!

True that, I would have prefered Makro to have set up here rather were they did.
