My son is 2.5 years old, and I am looking for a pre-school around Ploenchit area where we live. Does anyone have any comments (good/bad) about the following schools:

Mulberry House (at Thonson)

Vipa's Playgroup (at Ruam Rudee)

Noddy Playgroup (at Yenakart)

St. Andrews (near BNH Hospital)

or any other schools around Ploenchit/Sathorn?

I had the same problem a year ago, looking for an English speaking pre-school for my son.

They say International school but in actual fact they are 98% Thai curriculum.

If you take the time to visit the classes you will see the "English" (if you could call it that) was very bad. The schools advertised full English components but actually it was only 2 hours of Tom & Jerry cartoons.

Nearly all Thai kids and they all spoke Thai only.

I ended up home schooling him and when he is 5, back to Oz.

It is way too expensive for me to send him to a full English speaking school.
