Hello, Could you please give me some informations about Non-O extension.

Now I'm holding Non-O multi that will expire end of this month.

What do I need prepare for extansion to stay?

My visa attached with my husbund who is non-Thai, holding Non-B visa, work permit,

A cupple of yeas ago I tried to extend my visa with my husbund,

but the time immigration refused to my application and ask 25,000B each.

So I decided to get multi visa at Malaysia and make visa run each 3month in those years.

(for my husbund, he paid that money and get 1year visa. )

If I can not make it again, have to fly to Malaysia......

You can get a 1 year extension of stay if your husbands get a one year extension of stay based on his work.

Your stay in Thailand would be tight to his extension of stay, as you are staying here because your husband is working in Thailand.

If your husband is here on an extension of stay, than so can you.

Question is if your husband's extension of stay is according to the rules.

25,000 baht is not by any rules but perhaps you are talking about lawyer fees for service so that has to be considered first. Is he now on a TM.7 one year extension of stay costing 1,900 baht that he legally obtained from an immigration office?

Thank you,

Yes, my husband got 1year visa through the accounting office.

Because Immigration staff ask to call them....

But the campany is regal, we employ enough Thai staff and paid all Tax.

I want to try to apply for mine regally.

My husband got 1year visa September through the accounting office.

I don't know they use T.M.7 or not.

Do you think it' not easy to get for me?

Apply several weeks before your permitted to stay stamp expires with normal passport copies/visa and arrival card and TM.7 filled out with copy of husbands passport/extension of stay. Cost should be 1,900 baht

Yes you will need marriage proof and proof of husband being here on a one year extension of stay. You should not need any company documents for dependent extension of stay - they have that from your husband for his extension of stay.
