I'm looking for muriatic acid for some tile work.

It's commonly used to maintain pool Ph, but I've not seen it in the pool company ads etc.

Has anyone seen any around?

Muriatic acid is just an old traditional name for hydrochloric acid. Yu should always have it around if you need to lower your pool ph. if you buy it from a pool shop, it will be packaged and marketed as 'Ph minus for swimming pools' and will cost an arm and a leg. Buy it from a chemicals outlet in a 25 Kg drum and it will cost about 300 baht. Use it for lowering the ph, and cleaning scale deposits on tiles etc; use it sparingly, diluted, and very carefully on anything else as it is highly corrosive.
