I'm in Europe currently and trying to reply to some the real estate adds you have listed for rent, always i get a error database message, or getting a message ''We accept only submissions from within Thailand, no exceptions!''

so do you do not want anyone trying to search for rental vacancies or other reply to other offers if you do not log in from Thailand?

I get the same message attempting to reply to an Ad (I'm in India), I'll get Admin to look into it, seems silly to not accept responses from outside Thailand.

Yes, we had to block some users.

95% of all ads are submitted from within Thailand.

95% of all spam and scams are from outside Thailand.
