Thankyou Bambi.

I think it's going to be very hard for me to get this job. I'll do another year at college (study customer care or a language or something). Then go yo university in Bangkok and study something related to my job, maybe tourism.

Once I have qualifications behind me I'll be able to apply for jobs (and I'll be the right age). Then when an airline recruit me to work for them after the first year I'll have experence and qualifications which will possibly lead to a better airline.

But jobs will be limited for farangs.

Ice Maiden,

Look up the websites for Gulf air/Emirates/Etihad/Qatar etc. Most International airlines require a minimum GCSE level of education, height 5'3" with weight in proportion, ability to swim atleast 50 metres and if you can speak more than one language it's also a plus.

You will find it next to impossible to get a job with Thai as they will usually take on their own nationals..it is much easier with the airlines I have mentioned above but bear in mind you will be based in the in U.A.E.

Many moons ago I was a flight attendent and was based in Saudi Arabia. I had a whale of a time out there.

All the best! :o
