4.real
I used this clear primer for an outside wall.I then painted with 2 coats 4 seasons exterior white. Can i use the left over 7 in 1 as a surface coat for the 4 seasons? I painted 3 years ago and the 4 seasons soon became mouldy.
Pib
You can but be sure to clean/remove any mold, powdery effervescence, etc., as these type things keep the paint from adhering properly which in turn allows moisture to easily get between the new paint and old surface. Then this results in the new paint bubbling up/coming off in high humidity/when gettting wet repeatedly/rainy season....rainy season is when most of the problems will usually show up.
