Thanks for the links. Yes its a Monocled Cobra that we found, and I was thinking that I had just cleared a whole bunch of land so maybe thats why it came out. My wife told me to expect bugs and other vermin to be looking for new homes after clearing the land, but I wasnt expecting a cobra! Another good reason to keep all my vegetation close to the ground.
