2 Bedroom Condo Wanted For Rental

Have some friends from Russia, couple with 14 year old daughter. They need 2 bedroom fully furnished condo for rent between December 18th 2010 and January 20th 2011 (33 days).

Requirements: fully furnished place not far from the beach, air-conditioned of course, swimming pool, cable or true tv installed.

Budget - 40,000 to 50,000 baht - with all utility bils included. (water, electricity, cable).

Please let me know if you can help. I will pay 10k booking fee on their behalf, rest of the payment upon guest arrival.
