Cow Kidney

Featured Replies

My husband is racking his brains for the word for kidney for a cow, apparently different animals have different words. A friend of ours wants to make steak & kidney pies.

I've allways used "Dap" for kidney so it would be "dap wua" never heard of different ones for different animals so I might be wrong. I'm sure thats what we use when buying. (I make a nice steak'n'kidney pie :o )

for kidney for a cow,
