Official celebrations announced for the forthcoming Birthday of Her Majesty The Queen.

Khun Ranagit, Deputy Mayor of Pattaya chaired this meeting to prepare for the forthcoming Queens Birthday which takes place on 12th August. The Official Pattaya City Celebrations begin at 5pm at the Bali Hai Port in South Pattaya. Local schools and government and private organizations will participate in the event and at 8pm a fireworks show will take place which will be repeated all over Thailand at this time. The Deputy Mayor wishes to invite all ex-pats and tourists to the event to enjoy this auspicious day. We can also confirm that all bars and other entertainment venues will be closed on the 12th August :o as a mark of respect for Her Majesties Birthday.
