Gentlemen, is this correct?

Can the wife claim JSA? What else?

Miscellaneous benefits

Unlike people with Limited Leave to Remain (LTR) in United Kingdom, ILR holders do have access to public funds. The wordings "No recourse to public funds" is not written in ILR holders' visas. As a result, they are able to claim job seekers allowances and other benefits which are usually available to UK citizens.

re your first post, this correct ILE/ILR are permanent residents and have no restrictions imposed upon them about working or receiving benefits

but you have to qualify for JSA, it's not available to just anyone

re second question, no you can't

I thought I answered that

whilst your wife has no restrictions on claiming benefits, she can only receive those benefits she qualifies for, just like any other UK resident with similar rights

I can't give you a list, you'll have to check this out for yourself
