I really don't know, but I'd guess the answer is "nowhere"!.

For 2,500 / 3000 baht, you can pick one up at a supermarket. Or look at classifieds. Neither will be a huge outlay in cash for you.

There used to be lots of little shops where you could rent TVs. Try the ones where they do repairs or have your gf check it out.
