In Bkk., go to the intersection of Chakraphet and Yaowarat Roads.Walk towards the bridge over the klong, that you can see, About 1oo or so metres across the bridge, you will see ,on your left, many shops selling professional cooking gear.Including ovens. Also ,if you walk down Chakraphet Road, from the intersection,you will see, again on your left, one or 2 shops (Indian) , that sell very good quality Stainlee steel cooking gear
