I am moving this topic from the forum "Thai visas, residency and work permits" to the forum "Visas and migration to other countries"

The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place

Ask yourself...child or not...if she hasn't got a valid visa, how will she get into the UK? :whistling:;)

Wont she be running your new guest house in Pattaya?

Razz has given sound advice, all new visas to UK are subject (on application) to recent changes in legislation. Whether or not it affects your wife, I don't know, however it must be easier to renew her visa. She must have a valid visa to fly.:ermm:
