Business Brokers

Featured Replies

I posted this topic in the Pattaya section as Its Pattaya related.

A few years ago I was intent on buying a business in Pattaya,so I used many brokers some very nice some that didn;t bother to return calls.

Now looking at business,it seems EVANS BUSINESS brokers no longer exist.

SUNBELT ASIA who I must say were very professional no longer exist in Pattaya

Harry Black's seem to be no longer around.

TSBA seems to be the only ones even though they dont seem to return emails.

I think Evans is still on the go but with a different name, Pattaya investments and Pattaya property finder.

Not many farang mugs around these days to flog money loosing businesses to would be my guess. So these fraudsters have moved on to other locales or scams...heard a Bangkok boiler room was busted yesterday...likely some of these fellas were working there.

I think some of the real estate companies are doubling as business brokers.

It use to be, you never knew when a business was up for sale (no signs up). You needed to contact a business broker to find out what was for sale. Now days there are so many places up for sale, there are signs everywhere! Bad for the brokers.
