I did my first 90 day report at Jomtien Immigration after the issue of a new passport, now I want to do future 90 day reports online as previously.

I believe that there can be complications with this like the online system not recognizing the new passport number.

Anyone managed to do this successfully?

As did I at CW May of 2025. While doing it I did ask if my 90 day online reports would be updated to show the new passport number. I was assured it would be fine. No problems at all filing online since then.

Not Jomtien, however when I last renewed my pp I waited till my 90 report window was open and attended CW for transfer of stamps and 90 report.

Seems you did a report in person since obtaining new pp.

Next report online should be fine.

Obviously using auto fill change the pp # to new match new pp.

Autofill doesn't put in a passport # it only adds details like residence etc once you've put in a passport #. At least the application I use does.

You have to enter passport number and nationality for autofill to work

Agreed, so do I enter old passport number first, then use autofill, then change pp# to new number?

Yes, that's what i posted about before, your new number probably won't have any details so best to use the old number first

If you reported in person since you got a new passport, and have not left Thailand since, you should be able to use the online system.

There have been reports from some offices that you will not be able to use the online system until you leave Thailand and return. Hopefully that's not the case, because it literally makes no sense. But TiT.

Renewed my passport early this year. 1st 90 day report with new passpost had to be done at Jomtiem in person

2nd was done online without any problems.

I've done my 90-day notice for the past 10 years or more "offline," like this:

When I get my One-year Stay Extension, I pay Immigration THB 1,000, and they mail me a completed 90-day notice about a week before it's due.

After you have already been for your 1st. 90-days-report at the Immigration Office with your new passport (—> passport number updated in immigration system for future online verification), you usually will be successful with your next online 90-days-report!

Yesterday (Wednesday) was a national holiday.

Immigration offices were closed.

Approval came through yesterday. All good.

I always manually enter the address details on every 90 day report never use autofill, the new passport number and details was no exception.

If you enter passport number and nationality, it will autofill, so obviously you never follow the correct procedure.

There is only 1 application, and that works the same for everyone.

Fill in passport number

Select your nationality

And all address details, date of entering etc will be autofilled......if you have used the online report previously on the same PC and browser

Do the autofill details suddenly appear, because in the 2 or 3 years I've been doing online reporting I've never seen the address details magically appear after filling out passport and nationality details, I've always typed it in.

It works like this for me all the years I have done online reporting, and from the comments of others in this thread, it seems to work the same for them

Just a question, you do not register a new account each time you do online reporting, do you, but just log in with the same email address and password.

For me, enter passport number. Enter nationality. Then click on the magnifying glass symbol and everything else self populates. Works the same on phone or PC .

You do click on the magnifyingi glass symbol don't you?

I've obtained a new pp in 2024.

Attended CW for stamp transfer.

Subsequently made online 90 report.

Of course I use magnifying glass for autofil.

After entering first two fields your hit glass icon.

This avoids errors on basic fields such as address.

You can still change various fields if necessary.

Hard to not notice magnifying glass for autofil

Not trying to hijack the thread, but recently when you log in you get the message that you should change password every 3 months.

Last week I got the message that my password was invalid now, and got a subsequent email to update my password.

Clicked the link in the email, pasted the same password in it as before, and they were happy with it. :-)
