We have been offered land that has a boto 5 (บ ท 5) paper attached to it. I know chanote is the best property paper (and then its noso 3 and boto 5), but what are the disadvantages of boto 5?

I think you are referring to Por. Tor. Bor. 5

Por. Tor. Bor. 5 is only a document providing no actual evidence for a claim to land.

Only that a tax number has been issued and has paid taxes for utilizing the land.

The document can be used as evidence towards proving possession against other private individuals, but not against the State.

No building is allowed.
