I have no use for my 3th floor .. it have a small balcony and it have access to a 40 m2 roof top with a good view to Doi Suthep and over channal around chiang mai muang ,, "very good view"

On first floor there is a Bar/Cafe very laid back and don't have loud music, i stay on 2th floor and there is the bathroom with shower also. (there is a toilet on 1th floor) The bathroom is for share but i only use it 2 times a day in the morning and in the evening.
