August 17, 200521 yr Hi All I am just awaiting completion of a new town house I have just bought, and have been busy looking around the various malls/shops for kitchens, bathrooms and the like. Having looked at the prices of such things I'd like my question is (forgive my ignorance) does the price include the installation of such items (I know the shop should tell me this, but I have been met with various answers) have any of you guy's had experience here? If the price includes fitting then all is well, however if not, how much should I be looking to pay on top of the value of the kitchen, Bathrooms ect..... for a decent fitting. And are there any pitfalls, scams I should be on the look out for? The new house is just a shell at the moment however it does have all electrical and plumbing outlets in there. Can anybody recommend any reputable firms who do this in BKK? Cheers TAF
August 17, 200521 yr It usually includes everything, that is design, installation and materials. Kitchen small but nice is about 150k Bahtroom average is 100k (a lot of nice things from HomePro) as for the rest see the thread on furniture, which is quite challenging here

August 17, 200521 yr Firstly, why don't you just ask at the store whether installation is included? Seems less hassle than posting on a forum? Not sure about taps and stuff, but I know the price of tiles, paint etc. do not include installation. If your house is indeed just a shell, maybe the builder can install all this stuff for you.
