Group Tours From Thailand To Canada

Does anyone know of travel agents in Thailand offering group tours to Canada?

I am wondering if my Thai gf can (bearing in mind visa difficulties for Thai pooying travelling alone) get into Canada, for a three-week stint, more easily within a group than by travelling alone.

Don't know of any travel agents booking that kind of tour.

Even if you find one the chances are it might not be going where she wants to go.

I have inquired about taking my wife into both Canada and the United State. Hard to believe it is easier to get into the stats.

One of the requirements was to own your own business or home. If you have a important job and can supply a suitable letter to that effect it might work. Then you have to make a appointment in Bangkok for a personal interview. It can be done.

Go on line and check out what all Canada requires.

Good Luck

Let us know how you make out.

Canada doesn't WANT legitimate tourists. They only want Honduran drug runners, and the misfits of other countries. That gives the police someone to beat up on and tasor to death. It also provides a lucrative business for lawyers and judges to rotate through the system.

Are you sure it is Honduran and not Jamaican drug runners.

Don't you think you might have gone a little to far with your negativity. Yes those things happen but they are not even close to the normal day to day operations of Police and Judges. I will let my Bias towards Lawyers show through here and not reply to that part.:D

Yes Canada is a hard nut for third world visa aps.

BUT I hadly think they don't want tourists and only misfits.

Yes Canada has strange rules on immigation and we see that every day everywhere in country.

The original western Europian immigrants are no longer commingto Canada and are now replaced by a much different group of cultures.

The "original w.a.s.p. culture will be a minority in Canada 10 years .

Replaced in a large part by South Asians and Asians.

Too bad for us" old folk" who were raised and loved what is now a dying ( Or evolving ) Canadian culture.

I agee that Canada like many western countries is way over policed--we love our percieved security don't we.

You have to get o/o western cuture (Thailand) to appreciate a sense of everyday freedom with a lack of control from "the man"

I lived in Canada for 34 years before moving here to Thailand.

I think it is great the many different cultures moving in there.:)

What I don't think is great is there refusal to blend in to other cultures thus forming a unique culture.:(

As for a visa maybe if she claimed she was going to go to a school or take some sor of course she might have better luck. Keep us posted.:jap:
