Brest Lift

Featured Replies

Hello Ladies,

My wife is thinking of having a breast lift, has anybody out there had this op? and can anybody give any recomendation as regards Doctors and clinics.

Many thanks. :o

Incidently, my friend and I have lots of information on breast surgery as she wants to do a BA (breast augmentation). We started a thread here

http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=41717

After much research, she feels that she will be either going to Bumrungrad or Samitivej. She has met with Dr Amorn and Dr Teerasit from Bumrungrad. One of their specialties is in breast surgery. The latter seems more qualified. The others are not specialised in breasts.

End of the day, remember that it has to be a personal decision and choose a doctor that is qualified and that she feels comfortable with.

Good luck!

The benefits of being young...  :o

When you get a bit older the comeback is usually, "Youth is wasted on the young." In my ripe old late twenties I am already feeling that way.

Britmaveric - Yes :o . I am a young 17 year old after all.

Pearl - Oh dear, I was actually thinking about buying some kind of anti ageing skin cream today. I mean the heat will make my skin age quicker than usual. Maybe it's worth doing. But I'm sure you look fine :D

IMO , i think a lil sagging is sexy ....unfortunately i dont have any sag yet :o:D

Ouch

Leave them alone. Fake or enhanced they look disgusting afterwards.

But that's just me. I hate fake anything, most of all on a woman.

Thank you for your reply SK1972 it's nice to hear from a sensible person, unfortunatly when you start a thread of this nature you soon realise how immature some people are.

Dear Big Bad Wolf

You silly boy. Take a lesson from the fact that breast became Brest in the headline to your contribution. Must make you think, surely. Spell a word wrong and nobody gets hurt. Get careless with a scalpel or the anaesthetic and the result can be catastrophic. Ask all those women world wide who went in for nicer tits and ended up deformed and distressed if they think breast augmentation is a good idea. And ask yourself a few pertinent questions. Like: should you really be touting for surgeons to help her realise her misguided fantasy or persuading her that you love her just the way she is and so does everyone else. If she's not submitting herself to the knife for you, who on earth is she doing it for - and why. Don't say for herself. That's a cop out. If you love her, you'll steer her clear of the silly and potentially disastrous course she seems bent upon.

Yours

Marje P.

Just attempting to get back on the right track to this thread

we used was www.cosmedicjetaways.com

My wife wanted Breast surgery a while back and i went through a real slow process of researching what was the best way and who to trust etc. since so many horror stories and not so genuine surgeons exist out here. And i have to admit i have seen some real horrific breasts whilst wandering the notorious places of Thailand.

Anyway after hearing gossip amongst the Thais Via my Thai wife, she is rather fussy and from a bit of a rich background so Yanhee was out of the question because she says that they use the cheap implants for around 50 000. This is apparently what the bar girls go for but they need massaging a lot and can lead to what they call encapsulation easier than quality implants.

maybe bar girls get a lot of massage anyway so its ok for them, but we were looking for something a little more respectable.

Anyway then Dr W's name was mentioned but again the information coming from the high society Thais she knows was not to go there nowdays, i don't want to write too much about that or gossip, i just want to share my experience in saying, This is what my Thai wife and her friends relayed to me so i took their advice because Thais do get a lot of the organic info that i cannot.

Then i did some research on Medical Tourism and was very suprised to see that certain companies were offering loads of extra services for very informative information and great services making it a holiday too. but were still adding extra fees when it came to booking etc.

so after a while i found a very honest company that i eventually chose was cosmedicjetaways.com

This is usually for foreigners wanting to come to Thailand but we paid just 15 000THB for underarm surgery which is the most complicated and advanced form with no scars visible and great results, i don't think even in the USA its that popular cos it needs high skills and costly.

The surgeon who works for http://www.cosmedicjetaways.com is Dr.Tong and he only uses the finest Grade silicon imported. And the cosmedic jetaways team were all British and qualified nurses so it was just great chatting to them about Thailand and how things really are in the world of surgery.

They said the reason why Breast implants has so many prices from 50 000 to 130 000 was mainly due to the grades of implants used and that silicone and high quality silicone has great difference in price.

Unfortunately to foreigners who don't know that, and Thailand being the way it is sometimes, we can sometimes get sold cheap quality implants that we pay too much for. and then the doctor will say oh! if you get encapsulation is because you didnt massage enough etc.

We also got collected from the airport, a free 5 star hotel, a nice black honda civic drove us everywhere to all appointments and then we went to Hua Hin to recover. was Great! and guess what?

115 000 THB and not a penny more! yep, all the trimmings too,

So well worth it and i wish i didn't waste the months researching everything so carefully and its better to let a trustworthy Foreign owned company do it, they tell things how they are and have western standards of business and speak in a way i can feel i relate to with down to earth information which is what i wanted but just could never get else where.

Anyway 6 months later the breast are looking superb!

The wife and i defintiley recommend Cosmedic Jetaways who have lived in Thailand for a long time and have made researching the best surgeons and using their own medical knowledge to cut through the fakeys.

I expect they will do very well in the future.

hope this helps anyone else planning in the future!

peace! :o
