Ji-net Service

Featured Replies

I have letter all in Thai. Maybe it is advising of reduced service over the next few months.

Is there someone who can read Thai (and has a letter) who can confirm or advise the letter's contents.

JKust how bad will the disruption be?

Plenty of people who can read Thai here (including me). But how will you show it? Is it a physical letter or e-mail?

Basically it says that the international link has been increased to 200mbits and the local link to 1.3gbits. It then goes on to tell about some applications/games you can use online.

It also says that the accounting system has been upgraded, and details what will happen if you don't pay on time. One month after you receive the bill, you will receive an email/sms warning. After that, your service will be temporarily suspended. One month after due date, your service will be permanently cut off.

Thank you for your translation, appreciated.

I gave up JI and now use EGO.

I never have any problems with EGO, apart from my own :o

Is that dial up Ego?

I noticed at Pantip on Sunday they had something called "Super Ego" unfortunately, no one was actually able to translate it or tell me what that meant.

It wasnt a rebranding of the normal dial up as that package was still available.
