December 22, 201015 yr Hello everyone, Looking for an apartment, studio or serviced apartment for rent between 6th january and 5th februari. Area could be close to Nana, Asoke, Phrom Pong, Thong Lo or Ekkamai BTS. Have been looking at http://www.citadines.com/en/thailand/bangkok/sukhumvit16.html which would charge me 35k + VAT and service charge for a 30sqm studio. My eyes are bleeding after been searching the web for 2 days why I know ask you guys for advice. Does anyone know an alternative to Citadines? A studio or a 1 bed room with a decent Internet connection. Budget 35k. Please feel free to PM me. Thanks!
December 23, 201015 yr With that budget why not try oakwood soi 18 or 24, or centerpoint This time of year that Citadines price will be hard to beat. Oakwood, Centerpoint are going to charge much more. Do not go to Aspen Suites on Soi 2 Wifi is poor to say the least. I stay at Citadines all the time, although never to the Soi 16 one. Been to Soi 8-11-23 all are excellent value for money.
December 23, 201015 yr why not try liberty place apartments on Soi 22. They have serviced rooms. not that sure about internt connection but u cud drop by and ask. think the monthly rate is 18k baht
