You could try the chamber of commerce though there are many ways for UK companies and brand names to be operating, with local partner / joint venture etc etc so a full list may not be possible.

Also the British Embassy :o

www.boi.co.th board of investment has an online database of all farang owned companies in thailand, listing all the records you need.

Darknight - Until about two weeks ago, you were correct. I used this database frequently. For some reason, the BOI pulled this search function database off their website a few weeks ago. I hope it is just being redesigned or updated - but I supect it may have been permanently removed.

In light of the bombings in Turkey in 2003 (i.e. HSBC branch in Istanbul), you have to think that a readily available list of British companies' operations in any foreign country isn't the best thing to have lying around freely available to anyone on the internet.
