Is this possible???

I (farang) bought a 4 floor house in Pattaya 4 years ago. Land lease 30 years.

The house is to big for me alone.

Now I want sell 2 floors to a friend (farang).

Is this possible on a simple way????

Any agreement would necessarily have to terminate along with your land lease. Have a lawyer draft a simple agreement (contract) to lease two floors of your house for the remaining 26 years. To be legal any lease for longer than three years has to be registered at the land office. Any outright sale, under these circumstances, would be questionable unless subject to the terms of the land lease and the land office still might refuse to register the sale or even the lease.
