Confusion Bar Soi 23

Thought this newish place on suk soi 23 was very good and cheap, the mrs also thinks it's the best tom yum shes tried in the past three weeks in many places. It's farang owned, opposite the tai pan hotel. Eggs on toast and coffee 55 baht, forget the thai prices but definately very good value and tasty. -peter
