I was reading this thread -

and it seem that a visa company, has created a site that has a web address very close to the Hull Thai consulate address.

This site is very misleading as its opening page would make you think that you are in fact on the offical site.

the correct address for the offical hull consulate site is - http://www.thaiconsul-uk.com/

I would just like to make people aware of this

What exactly are you talking about?

In an on-topic post somebody gave a link here to a web page that lists the links to all Thai consulates in the UK, including the one in Hull. I see no problem with that.

Believe he is referring to this link in that topic >

http://www.thai-consulate.com/thai-consulate-hull.html

as it can appear misleading.

That does indeed look dodgy to me and fair of steve187 to make his cautionary post.

I didn't want to post the link to the incorrect site, which would be giving them free advertising, sorry about the confusion.

If the web page in question does not have the consent of the Thai consul in Hull I guess it would be up to him to take action if he felt it necessary.
