ive seen bkk airways offer 3000baht 1 way from bkk airport...

6000 return seems a bit too much, is there any good solutions?

i live in bkk btw, do they have bus service to koh chang?

Yes they do have a bus going to traad (or however you spell it) 300 bt or something like that. Then ther is a pickup truck to the harbor and a boat ride (think you have to do the last 2 too if you fly in as ko chang has no airport).

Well, I always drive to Koh Chang, but I get it you dont have a car, so:

If you're flying in to Thailand there's a bus from Suvarnabhumi buss terminal to the bus station in Trat, then you can get a cheapish taxi to the ferry. I think it's 200 baht for the bus from Suvarnabhumi to Trat. If you're already in Bangkok you can take the bus from Ekkamai straight to the Koh Chang ferry. It's a five hour trip for ~250 baht.
