gravion Posted January 10, 2011 Share Posted January 10, 2011 ive seen bkk airways offer 3000baht 1 way from bkk airport... 6000 return seems a bit too much, is there any good solutions? i live in bkk btw, do they have bus service to koh chang? Then ther is a pickup truck to the harbor and a boat ride (think you have to do the last 2 too if you fly in as ko chang has no airport). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Forethat Posted January 10, 2011 Share Posted January 10, 2011 (edited) Well, I always drive to Koh Chang, but I get it you dont have a car, so: If you're flying in to Thailand there's a bus from Suvarnabhumi buss terminal to the bus station in Trat, then you can get a cheapish taxi to the ferry. I think it's 200 baht for the bus from Suvarnabhumi to Trat. If you're already in Bangkok you can take the bus from Ekkamai straight to the Koh Chang ferry. It's a five hour trip for ~250 baht.
