January 12, 201115 yr I want to go ten pin bowling. Can anyone list the places to play in downtown Bangkok. I know there's Major Ekamai and Esplanade (I consider them to be downtown, well, on the BTS / MRT at least). Thanks for any suggestions.

January 12, 201115 yr Any of you relaxed sports people know if BBK has a miniature golf anywhere? Why not start your own thread as opposed to hijacking a ten pin bowling thread ?
January 13, 201115 yr Went to the one on Suk. by Ekkamai, they had the music blasting so loud I could barely hear someone next to me who was shouting; with dim blue light in the place; we were the only ones there, asked the management to turn it down and I'm sure you can guess whawt the response was......no Will not be going back there, on the lookout for a good alley though, particularly one with an older clientele.

I'm pretty sure it's the same at Esplanade, possibly something to do with them being run by the Major Cineplex group. I'm still relatively young and I can't stand the disco-like atmosphere, so I doubt many older customers appreciate it. Maybe it's quieter in the day?

A long long time ago, there used to be a decent establishment at Central Rama III. This was about 9 years ago. I went with someone who actually belonged to a league, and they were not only quieter than the Major disco bowling, but cheaper as well. Anyone know if that place is still there?
