From a non bar girl who had her eyebrows and lips tattooed . . .the reason is to save time. She just coudnt be bothered putting on make up every day and so had it tattooed on instead. Eyebrows lasered off and replaced with tattoos and lips tattoed her favourite colour so no need to add lipstick unless she fancies

Were these the ones? Not a shaved eyebrow in the bunch, but some have to use eye liner to cover naturally missing hair.

I think you might fin that in many cases that "naturally missing hair" is missing because it's been repeatedly plucked (a common method -- ouch!) and/or electrolytically removed.
