January 19, 201115 yr Not a shaved eyebrow in the bunch, but some have to use eye liner to cover naturally missing hair. I think you might fin that in many cases that "naturally missing hair" is missing because it's been repeatedly plucked (a common method -- ouch!) and/or electrolytically removed.
