She just coudnt be bothered putting on make up every day and so had it tattooed on instead. Wait a minute.... my missus usually asks for money afterwards cos she knows I'm in a better mood. I think you might fin that in many cases that "naturally missing hair" is missing because it's been repeatedly plucked (a common method -- ouch!) and/or electrolytically removed.
