Retirement Visa Question

Recommended Posts

No.

I assume you are talking about applying for extensions based on retirement in Thailand.

Also the bank account requirement for retirement extensions is 800K, not 400K. A smaller amount can also be applied if using the combination method (with an embassy income letter).

400 K on the bank account is only for a Visa if you get married with a thai national. The retired Visa amount is 800 K. This amount has to be on a current account or a saving account if you can withdraw the money in any time. B)
