Specialist Lawyer In Land Dispute

Featured Replies

Hi there,

Got a problem up in the village to do with some Land. It's up in Chaiyaphum and don't want to get too bogged down here with details but I'm looking for a good Lawyer who specialises in Land disputes. Has anybody got any recommendations?

Thanks in advance.

Forum sponsor IsaanLawyers if you're in Chayaphum, relatively expensive of course. Better price if the wife calls and asks around in amphur muang

I must be missing something or going blind. I can't find them anywhere as a sponsor. I can only see Sunbelt Asia

There used to be links everywhere, have they been taken down? Here's their website: www.isaanlawyers.com/

I don't necessarily think that you need something as expensive as isaanlawyers, I think that a good lawyer not used to working with westerners (and have tasted western prices) could do the job just as well. Your problem is probably more in need of negotiation skills to be solved, less expert on every legal paragraph in the book

I haven't heard good stuff about sunbelt (read quickly, it will soon be removed :) )

Good Luck

Thanks for the link Mikey.

Yeah I would sooner get someone local but I am in Saudi at the moment and I really want someone who communicate in English so I know ALL the facts as they progress. Part of the problem up to now has been due to the "lost in translation".

With no details its difficult to know in which direction to point you.

If it were me my first port of call would be the local land dep't.

OK People.

I've removed a few posts making / repeating allegations against forum sponsors.

We all know the rules regarding name-and-shame and when it's a forum sponsor (and a lawyer) even greater care is needed. Please check the rules.

Let's keep it on topic.

Ok, he is a lawyer, but the Quebec bar certainly did not want him, and that is not an allegation but a fact. :D

To keep it on the topic, he is not a specialist lawyer for a land dispute, and that's fact too!
