Been living in Bkk a few years now and looking to move to Thong Lor area.

What I would like:

1 bedroom, around 50 sqm

Doesnt need to be a new unit, but dont want anything run down either

Low or hi-rise

Not interested in being near the BTS, in fact I'd like the opposite of that, someplace right in the heart of Thong Lor would be perfect.

Fitness room and pool, dont need to be huge though

Budget in 15,000 area
